•The warden farms many nature conservation sites for such organisations as the Northmoor Trust, Oxford City Council, Oxford Preservation Trust, Natural England, The Woodland Trust. He uses small dexter cattle, some of the hardiest native cattle known. They may be small but they are tough. They also produce the best of all beef (bar none).
